Where do you ship?

We ship to almost all worldwide countries. There is free shipping available shipping to EU & UK countries.

How long does delivery take?

If not pre-order:

Germany: 3–5 business days.  Rest of Europe: 7–14 business days.  Rest of the World: 7-14 business days (could extend due to logistics problems etc.)

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days to return your item for free from the date of delivery, eligible in EU. Items must be unworn and in original condition.

For customers outside of EU: Returns within 14 days possible, but the customer has to pay for the shipping label.

How do I know which size to order?

Check our size guide on each product page.

Are the items pre-order or pre-made?

In the descriptions of the items you can see wether or not an Item is pre-made. Normally our items are all pre-made, but there are some exceptions for pre-order items. 

What material are your pieces made from?

Our babydoll tops are made from 100% soft cotton.
